Monica is the founder of BoardClic and Lagercrantz Associates, and co-founder of the proprietary tool Fact Based Board Assessment.
She is a former Managing Director of Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles. Monica has devoted her career to international executive search with focus on C-suite and board of directors in the Nordic and international markets.
During the years, Monica has assessed more than 7000 senior professionals and board directors. She has a particular expertise working closely with active shareholders.
Monica has a M.Sc. and a LL.M. and a background as a corporate legal counsel.

Malin makes sure that BoardClic’s assessments always incorporate what is important for today’s leaders. She has carried out a large number of fact based board and CEO assessment mandates in Lagercrantz Associates prior to the foundation of BoardClic.
Before joining Lagercrantz Associates in 2015, she spent 9 years as a senior business lawyer with Roschier Attorneys in Stockholm, providing advice to boards, shareholders and senior management in corporate governance and M&A matters. She has a thorough insight into the legal framework for board work and other relevant policies and guidelines.
Malin has experience from Deutsche Bank's London Branch in M&A and DeLaval’s Legal Affairs.
Malin received her LL.M. from Lund University.
Chief Commercial Officer
Background: B2B and B2C sales, across numerous industries.
Mohsen has worked with several successful start-ups - taking on high-level sales roles such as Sales Manager, International Account Manager and Sales Partner. He was also the co-founder of MoneTy, a leading provider of outsourced sales solutions.
As Chief Commercial Officer, he oversees the Go-to-Market, marketing and sales strategies. He takes lead in creating scalable processes for BoardClic when it comes to all aspects of sales or marketing. Additionally, within the marketing side of the spectrum, Mohsen looks after our marketing channels , analysis on performance and spend as well as communicating with agencies.
Mohsen recieved his B.A from Coventry University.
Creative Director and Product Manager
Background: Recruitment, sales, digital design and copy writing.
Jacob has worked across several industries across several continents, amassing value that he brings to the table of BoardClic. As Creative Director, he manages the design of marketing materials, infographics, presentation decks and more. Overseeing all content creation activities, he also leads all copy writing within the content & product pipeline.
As Product Manager, Jacob is setting, prioritising, and evaluating the work to ensure impeccable features and functionality of BoardClic. Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders, as well as planning and prioritising product feature backlog and development for the product.
