Q: I'm having issues with my browser. What might be the problem?

A: BoardClic does not currently support Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or Edge browsers.

We recommend using Safari or Chrome for the optimum assessment experience.
Typical issues whilst using Microsoft browsers include not being able to save the section after completion, being unable to correct previous answers and not being able to progress to the next chapter.
If you are still experiencing problems, please contact customer support.

Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

A: You can just click on ‘I forgot my password’ now on the log in page, and a new one gets sent out to you

Q: My login credentials are not working. What can I do?

A: Make sure to use the same email address to which the invitation link was sent to when you were invited to your assessment.

If you are still having problems, you can email or call customer support and we can send you a new invitation to an alternative email account.

Sometimes we need to have more than one solution to solve a problem.
